Our staff will provide complete service in sorting, identifying and completing an inventory of items for your auction. By conducting the inventory process, our staff can determine the appropriate level of advertising (local, regional or national) to maximize attendance at your auction.

REAL ESTATE

Our staff can advertise and host an open house for residential or commercial property and authenticate property descriptions and disclosures. We team with First Capitol Land Title of Corydon, Indiana to offer a cost-competitive sales commission and closing cost combination. First Capitol brings many years of real estate experience to the auction process.

Our staff will completely coordinate the auction event, including setup, food service, portable toilets and clerical support.

We provide same-day settlement (with the exception of real estate) with a complete reconciliation of the Total Auction proceeds and sellers' expenses with the net proceeds delivered to you that day.

Remember, an auction event brings interested sellers together at the event to compete for items. That's why, in the last year in the local area we have seen a quart of motor oil bring $125, and the buyer bought all three quarts for $375.

And an International Harvester cast iron bear cub from the old International Harvester Foundry in Louisville, that normally sells in the range of $80-$100, brought $220.
